FOTE sponsored the inaugural Carmel Sustainability Fair during 2008 as part of the Bickley Carmel Harvest Festival. The event will be held again in 2009.
FOTE is working on a range of projects in conjunction with the Carmel Adventist College including the establishment of a Farmer's Market, the development of a bush foods farm and the rehabilitation of a degraded creekline.
